Position at LINK Property Management
LINK Real Estate Group is seeking a polished and service-focused Concierge to support day-to-day operations at Miranova a premier residential property in Columbus. As the first point of contact for residents guests and vendors the Concierge plays a key role in fostering a safe welcoming and responsive environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-facing role and enjoys delivering high-quality service in a luxury residential setting.
Schedule: 3rd-shift Concierge (Friday - Monday) 11 pm to 7 am
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage access to the building for visitors vendors and contractors
- Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the property and garage
- Respond to resident inquiries and coordinate service requests
- Maintain amenity and meeting room reservations
- Receive log and deliver packages using Building Link
- Support residents with light services such as grocery and key assists valet parking and dog-walking escorts (upon request)
- Execute emergency procedures and notify proper authorities when necessary
- Maintain clear and detailed shift logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with management on special projects and assist with new team member training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in hospitality customer service or security preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills; Building Link experience a plus
- Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform building inspections
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
