Job Description

We are GROWING! Tindol Subaru has moved to our new larger location and we are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our Sales Team as a Subaru Sales Consultant. Automotive sales experience is preferred. The ideal candidate must be proficient at responding to leads in person as well as via call text chat email and video. To be successful this position must be able to nurture leads facilitate sales and provide superior customer service.

Our dealership offers competitive pay a fun work environment excellent benefits 5 day work weeks and we are closed on Sundays. We are a recipient of the Subaru Love Promise Customer & Community Commitment Award.

Job Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
  • Basic computer email and internet proficiency
  • Excellent appearance verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills
  • Saturday availability is needed as well as evening hours
  • 2 Years of Automotive Sales Experience Preferred
  • Valid drivers license

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tracks and responds to all internet leads from website and referral services
  • Monitors incoming email traffic from website and referral services
  • Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
  • Quotes pricing rates and automobile availability to clients
  • Meets and greets prospects
  • Presents and demonstrates inventory
  • Receives online and manual credit applications
  • Remains current with products market trends and certifications
  • Understands and implements the dealership sales process
  • Achieves sales goals and maintains high customer satisfaction levels
