About the Role:
As a member of the Capital Markets team youll be part of a practice at the forefront of sophisticated U.S. securities offerings. This role offers the chance to engage directly with top-tier clients across a wide range of industries advising on complex transactions and delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs.
What Were Looking For:
Candidates should bring robust experience in capital markets with a focus on U.S. securities offerings. Youll thrive in this role if you:
- Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
- Previous law firm experience in Capital Markets. (AmLaw experience preferred not required).
- Have a strong foundation in capital markets law and an in-depth understanding of U.S. securities regulations.
- Excel at managing intricate legal challenges and collaborating within a fast-paced high-performing team.
- Are eager to grow your expertise through mentorship and exposure to cutting-edge deals.
