The Opportunity:

Were looking for an Jira Project Manager to lead Jira administration process improvements and data-driven decision-making through Power BI reporting and standardized governance practices.

What we are looking for:
2 years of experience in Jira administration & enterprise governance
Strong Power BI reporting & data analysis skills
Deep understanding of Jira Software Service Management Align & Confluence
Experience integrating Jira with Power BI ServiceNow Slack GitHub and other tools
Strong stakeholder engagement & governance leadership skills
Jira certification (preferred but not required!)
How you will thrive and create an impact:
Jira Coordination & Governance
Administer and maintain Jira projects issue types automation rules and governance frameworks.
Implement and enforce best practices ensuring standardization and security.
Manage user roles & permissions ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Develop dashboards queries and filters for real-time project tracking.
Administer Jira and related project management tools integrating new features to enhance collaboration and automation.
Power BI Reporting & Data Insights
Design data-driven Power BI reports that provide actionable insights into project performance and resource management.
Extract and analyze Jira data identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Automate reporting processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency
