Oracle Technical Manager - ERP and/or HCM (Fusion Cloud)
Permanent opportunity within Consulting
70000 base
London or Birmingham or Manchester (hybrid 1 or 2 days per week)
Join a well-established technology focussed team of professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes. Use your functional and technical knowledge in either ERP or HCMto deliver and lead client programmes and support pre-sales activities.
The role
- Supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries
- Communicating solutions for Oracle Cloud technology in response to complex client problems based on Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM technology
- Defining / supporting / delivering an overall technical solution to support the business / technical requirements across implementations integrations data migration reporting environments and / or security.
- System design and delivery including release management integration management data migration strategy and technical project management.
- Leading a team of resources to deliver a technical project workstream e.g. integration or data migration on larger engagements or leading the entire technical delivery team on smaller engagements with technical oversight support provided.
Technical skills required:
- Experience across multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud full implementation lifecycles preferably from scoping and planning through to postgo-live support serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in ERP and/or HCM
- A specialist knowledge one or more of the following areas with experience of leading a team:
- Integration workstream - ideally Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Extension workstream - Oracle VBCS/PCS
- Data migration workstream
- Enterprise reporting workstream
- Independently run client workshops to drive design decisions in both an in person and remote delivery mode.
- Prepare strategic documents including integration strategies data migration strategies environment strategies and architectural designs.
- Experience to drive technical deliverables such as data migration principles and integration design.
- Understanding of an Oracle Cloud delivery lifecycle using a waterfall delivery method.
- Ideally certified in one of the following is a plus: Oracle Integration Cloud OCI Architect Oracle Analytics Cloud.
