We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 510 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data pipelines technical expertise in SQL Server and exceptional communication skills to effectively gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
oCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements.
oTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
System Design & Implementation:
oDesign and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
oWork closely with developers and data engineers to implement solutions aligned with business goals.
SQL Server Expertise:
oWrite and optimize complex SQL queries.
oPerform data analysis and validation using SQL Server tools.
Stakeholder Communication:
oServe as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
oPresent findings recommendations and system designs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
oDevelop test cases and assist in system testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
oSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues identified.
Documentation & Training:
oCreate detailed documentation for systems processes and data flows.
oProvide training and support to end-users as needed.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
510 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of SQL Server and data pipeline architecture.
Proven experience in requirement gathering business process modeling and system analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
