Job Summary

What Youll Do
As a Support Worker youll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. Youll:
- Teach life skills like handling emotions healthy communication and conflict resolution.
- Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
- Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.
What You Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
- 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
- A willingness to learnwell teach you the rest!
