Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site execution of a high-profile hospital construction project in Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a public infrastructure development with international impact. Youll be responsible for coordinating all site activities managing teams and ensuring the project meets quality safety and timeline standards.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all on-site construction activities
- Manage subcontractors suppliers and construction teams
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
- Liaise with architects engineers and project stakeholders
- Prepare site reports and maintain documentation
- Resolve technical and operational challenges on site
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management for civil construction projects
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction management software
