Job Description

DyFlex Solutions is a business solutions provider specialising in intelligent ERP solutions from SAP. We deliver fit-for-purpose SAP solutions and our services range from greenfield and brownfield implementations and change management to ongoing AMS services and support.

We are looking for a Test Manager for our internal testing deliverables as well as for a large transformation in Melbourne. Some on-site work is a must; ideally you are based in Melbourne.

As the Test Lead you will ensure SAP solutions improve quality performance architectural and functional requirements and are fit for business purposes. You will ensure that all test effort activities are effectively completed and carried out in accordance with agreed test guidelines. This role requires experience in large SAP transformations and understanding the BPO. The ideal applicant presents with expertise in SAP CALM.

Tasks

  • Own and drive the end-to-end SAP testing strategy across multiple project phases (Explore Realize Deploy Run) aligned to SAP Activate methodology
  • Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning execution triage and reporting
  • Guide customer teams through UAT preparation and execution ensuring clarity and structure
  • Define and manage entry/exit criteria test data readiness environment setup and scheduling
  • Oversee defect management triage and resolution tracking
  • Collaborate with functional technical and data teams to ensure test coverage and quality
  • Build scalable and repeatable test frameworks and templates for future projects
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to both delivery teams and executive stakeholders
  • Support hypercare testing and post-go-live validation
  • Adapt to client tools where required with a preference for SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

Requirements

  • 6 years of SAP testing experience with 3 years in Test Lead or Manager roles
  • Proven experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or RISE programs
  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and its testing milestones
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) HP ALM JIRA or similar tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead SIT UAT and hypercare phases
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Melbourne during critical project phases
  • Experience building test strategies frameworks and reusable assets
  • Strong problem-solving and situational leadership skills
