Role Overview
This is a senior-level Project Manager role .You will be reporting to the PMO Director and managing multiple large and complex IT projects related to the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
Required Skills/Experience

Advance Planning Document (APD) process (for CMS funding)

MS Project (scheduling reporting integration)

Medicaid / Health Claims Processing Systems

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will report directly to the Project Management Office (PMO) Director and lead multiple complex IT initiatives within the modular Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
The Project Manager will initiate plan execute monitor/control and close projects as assigned and in accordance with state/federal regulations and industry best practices. The Project Manager will propose innovative solutions and business process improvements manage project risks and issues work independently within the PMO structure and curate project organizational process assets and reports.
The incumbent will also provide counsel and advice to the PMO Director on all operational issues within PMO including but not limited to staffing contracts meetings and process improvements. The position will ensure streamlined activities within PMO based on the priorities of the Director and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) including ensuring project deadlines are met and technical/operational issues are elevated and resolved when necessary.
