Summary: St. Anthony Norths Gastroenterology team is looking for locums support. They need help with GI call coverage for acute/inpatient needs at a level 3 trauma center. Candidates must be able to perform ERCP to be considered.

Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation $275 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly $550 - Per hour not OT
Holiday $825 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT
Nightly Call $585 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
Holiday Nightly Call - $877.50 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis
On Call (Daily) $4100 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $6150 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back $550 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back $825 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.

- Mon-Fri (7a-3p) & 3p-7a (night call) Sat-Sun 24 hour call (7a-7a)
- Facility Location: 14300 Orchard Pkwy Westminster CO 80023
- Setting: Inpatient Emergency Room Call Trauma Level III
- Days per month: 3-4 weeks in total of locums coverage per month.
- Required Procedures: EGD Colonoscopy ERCP GI consultation on ED/Inpatients.

EMR Required Training:
- Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
- EMR Virtual training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day.
- All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation:
- What are the # of years of epic experience they have
- When was the last time (MM/YYYY) that they used Epic
- What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC
- Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated - Please add photo into documents.
- Can you disclose the providers time zone for scheduling the virtual epic training
- We need the providers best phone # to use for call shifts while working. Can you disclose
- We need the providers best email to use for programs while working onsite and the preapplication. Can you please send us their personal email address
Travel Preferences:
- Preferred Lodging: Candidates must follow CSH travel policy.

- Board Certified Gastroenterology - Required
- Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
- Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA however must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment not just for shifts worked.)
