Job Description
Location- Kolkata
Job Objective: Achieve targets of sales and activities
Experience- 2-5 years
Duties and Responsibilities
o Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
o Increase the level of sales and business mix from GPs
o Maintain an accurate and current database
o Identify and develop sources of potential GPs
o Effectively communicate with GPs to gain commitment
o Develop and maintain relationships with GPs
o Overcome customer resistance/objections to products
o Advise for feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing as well as
company performance
o Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities/corporate camps/RWA camps/Health
talks
o Increase the number of activities/corporate camps/RWA camps/Health talks
o Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all services relevant selling points and
benefits
o Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor service be able to highlight
their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits
o Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action
o Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of services
