Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Java/Angular Developer (must have strong Angular/ Java/ Oracle/SQL -Spring Boot)
Location: Tampa FL (Local Candidates Only)
Work Type: Hybrid (Onsite required Local to Tampa)
Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Java/Angular Developer with strong experience in full lifecycle software development specifically in Angular and Java with backend Oracle SQL. Ideal candidate should have experience modernizing legacy Angular apps and building scalable backend services using Spring Boot.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular and back-end services using Java/Spring Boot
- Refactor and upgrade existing Angular applications
- Create and optimize Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA DevOps and UX/UI
- Design and consume REST APIs
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of hands-on Java development experience including Spring Boot and REST API design.
- Strong Angular experience especially in upgrading and refactoring legacy Angular applications.
- Proficiency with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL including performance tuning and schema design.
- Solid understanding of modern front-end architecture TypeScript RxJS Angular CLI and SCSS/CSS.
- Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (e.g. Docker).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit Jasmine and Karma.
