What You ll Do:
Deliver advanced wound care to patients in post-acute long-term care and outpatient settings
Perform thorough evaluations debridement and treatment of various wound types
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop customized care plans
Document efficiently using our streamlined EMR system
Provide continuity of care and follow-up to optimize healing
What You Bring:
MD or DO with an active unrestricted medical license
Wound care experience or interest in training in this specialty
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A heart for patient-centered high-quality care
