Implement and enforce safety policies standards and procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks safety drills and awareness training sessions for employees.
Monitor and investigate incidents accidents and near-misses and recommend preventive actions.
Maintain all safety records and documentation as per statutory and client requirements.
Ensure usage and availability of PPE and safety equipment on-site.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure risk assessments and method statements are followed.
Support emergency preparedness and response initiatives.
Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure compliance with local HSE regulations.
Prepare safety reports and submit periodic updates to management.
Educational Background:
(Science) / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (D.M.E / D.E.E.E)
Safety Certifications (any one or more required):
Diploma in Industrial/Occupational Safety
OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration)
NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)
IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health)
In-depth knowledge of safety standards and legal regulations
Strong observational analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and training delivery
Incident reporting and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools
Ability to manage pressure and work independently at project sites
