What You ll Do:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops laptops printers operating systems (Windows XP to 10 Mac OS) and software (Microsoft Office Cisco Jabber).
- Manage IT service requests by resolving issues updating tickets communicating statuses and collaborating with vendors for complex AV/technical solutions.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on hardware/software use diagnostic tools for network/workstation issues and support IT projects with a team-oriented approach.
What you need:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field with certifications like CompTIA A or MCP.
- At least 18 months of IT experience including hands-on support for Windows OS and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Mac OS mobile device management (iOS/Android) and network troubleshooting.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Proven work experience as Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician. Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals. Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems. Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues. Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
