Job Description
Project Management
Responsible for driving the completion of key projects ensuring that processes run smoothly products are delivered on time and that the teams overall resources are used effectively and within budget. Establish project plan set the scope and budget of the project. Mark projects milestones and understand the critical path. Calculate dates based on estimates of work and resource allocation. Monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a project. Create and execute quality control plan. Apply comprehensive technical knowledge and management experience to identify potential risks and establish plan to mitigate those risks while managing cost implications time constraints and customer quality standards. Ensure that company specifications group recommendations and regional requirements and regulations are implemented as defined in the project plan. Ensure effective Sustainability Management (Quality Health Safety and Environment) in accordance with company policies and local laws and regulations. Communication Coordinate project team including both internal and external resources. Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the project status requirements structure and decision points within and beyond the project team. Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors vendors and suppliers so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
People Management
Provide work direction guidance and supervision to the project team. Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.
Performance Measures
KPIs agreed in yearly MbO.
Other requirements
Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English are required. Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.

Experience
4 to 10 years of prior relevant experience and/or sufficient project management experience
