Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to manage and nurture relationships with our valued clients. This role involves overseeing client projects ensuring satisfaction resolving issues and serving as the key point of contact between clients and our internal teams. You will be instrumental in supporting business growth and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts
Develop and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project delivery
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling or cross-selling
Monitor client satisfaction and provide regular reports to management
Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to campaign planning
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
2 years of experience in client account management or a similar role
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
