Job Description
Our global CPG company with a presence in over 100 countries is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to enhance our supply chain operations and meet the growing demands of our domestic markets. This role requires an in-office presence in Lehi UT and offers a unique opportunity to drive a significant impact on our global supply network.
- Oversee 3PL warehouse functions at domestic third-party warehouse locations including inventory order flow fulfillment operations and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party warehouse suppliers and logistics partners.
- Contribute to logistics and supply chain strategies to support market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with domestic supply chain operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes as we expand into new regions.
- Report to management on performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
We seek team members adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Experience in 3PL warehouse sourcing and management.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supply chain management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP and supply chain management software.
