How do you fit into the Art Director role
If youre an Art Director with 5 years of experience and zero chill for mediocre ideas we want you.
If whats the idea is your love language and Photoshop is just how you flirt we want you.
If you can turn hmm into what if then ohh thats brilliant we want you.
If you dream in colors and think in gold we want you.
If you have the taste grit and grid we want you.
If you have a great idea-led portfolio across digital Out-of-Home and social media we want you.
If you dont (yet) make one and we still want you.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Turn Grab Transport and GrabExpress briefs into compelling creative communication across all channels.
- Design compelling layouts and visuals to bring those ideas to life
- Give clear visual direction to the designers
- Collaborate with writers designers marketers and business teams
- Ensure every output is aligned with brand guidelines
- Report to the Creative lead
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelors degree from relevant majors
- Eye for design: layout color typography and composition
- English proficiency both verbal and written
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator)
- Capability to turn briefs into clear impactful visuals
- Familiar with digital and print formats (social in-app OOH)
- Understand branding and visual consistency
