Job Description

Were seeking a visionary and inclusive leader to join us as Director of Project Controls. Youll bring deep expertise in project delivery frameworks and a passion for challenging conventional approaches to drive better outcomes for clients and teams.
In this role you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Project Controls services across major infrastructure projects including rail roads power & utilities aviation renewables and ideally water.
- Inspire and grow a high-performing team fostering excellence and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive business development and expand our presence in the market.
- Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 17 years relevant industry experience ideally including major water sector projects.
- Full working rights in Australia and currently residing locally.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Proven infrastructure experience across sectors such as power utilities renewables rail aviation and roads.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a passion for developing future talent.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strategic thinker with a clear understanding of growth opportunities in the local market.
- Skilled in producing resource-based estimates top-down cost plans and parametric cost models.
