Recruiting Strategy & Delivery
Lead business development and recruiting efforts for high-impact roles
Partner with hiring managers to define job needs sourcing strategies and compensation benchmarks
Use workforce data to improve offer acceptance and candidate quality
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive relationship management
Operational Optimization
Oversee improving workflows and hiring metrics
Analyze resource allocation and productivity to support growth goals
Implement scalable processes to improve onboarding retention and client delivery
Team Leadership
Train and mentor sales recruiters coordinators and hiring managers on sourcing interviewing and candidate experience best practices
Support sales efforts through strategic client interaction and workforce insights
Expand market reach through partnerships community relationships and local engagement
Translate market trends and competitive data into actionable hiring and business strategies
What You Bring
5 years of experience across recruitment team leadership and operations
Proven success in industrial and clerical/professional staffing
Expertise in ATS sourcing tech and HR tools
