Secondary Science Teacher
Job Description:
Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic School is looking for a highly qualified full-time Secondary Science teacher for the 2025/2026 academic year. The ideal candidate should hold a State of Michigan Certification in secondary science instruction (DX DI or DP endorsement).
OLL is a 1:1 technology school and the candidate must be comfortable using technology to enhance student learning.
Qualifications/Requirements:
All teachers in the Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Detroit must be certified and/or approved for teaching by the Department of Education for the State of Michigan.
All teachers must hold the appropriate endorsement for the subject(s) they are assigned to teach.
A minimum Bachelors Degree including all courses and state tests required to meet credential requirements.
Attend a Protecting Gods Children workshop and complete a background check with fingerprints.
