Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through delivery across multiple semiconductor manufacturing initiatives.
- Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with engineering operations supply chain quality and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts remove roadblocks and ensure timely decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring adherence to semiconductor industry standards (e.g. SEMI ISO).
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
- Manage project budgets track expenditures and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status risks and outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Project Management or related field.
- 15 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes equipment installation and cleanroom protocols.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
