Turner & Townsend have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work on pharma construction projects.
Job Objectives
- To lead Project Management Commissions taking responsibility for end to end service delivery with respect to large complex projects.
- To act as the key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the clients overall objectives.
- Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters.
- Planning for and the ongoing management of quality safety health and environment issues.
- Establishing effective project governance processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
- Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages
- Manage overall project cost schedule and budgets.
- Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
Qualifications :
- A proven track record of delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle with relevant sector experience e.g. Pharma Life Science Industrial Logistics Manufacturing.
- University degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets report writing and presentations.
- Strong and professional communication skills with great organization skills ability to multi-task.
- Must have a team attitude be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
- Manage revenue team resource and priorities to ensure that client expectations are met.
- Good level of Spanish and English language skills required.
- Please note this is an on-site position.
