Part-Time Host (Downtown Tasting Room)

• Meets and greets customers; provides an excellent customer experience to uphold Forbes 5-star services/standards and follows all company and safety procedures and policies 
• Assists the tasting room with set up break down clearing food wiping down furniture and other cleaning duties as needed
• Washes dishes and glassware and polishes glasses
• Assists the support staff team with running food to tables as needed
• Ensure trash receptacles are emptied as needed and are sorted and placed in designated areas
• Participates and ensures compliance with all opening and closing duties as determined and published by the Tasting Room Manager
• Keeps up to date on new JUSTIN releases as well as viticulture and winemaking techniques

Qualifications :

• Availability to work weekends (Friday Saturday Sunday)
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience in a tasting room or restaurant setting preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Shows a strong interest in customer service
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations
• Proven success in applying common sense to carry out detailed written and oral instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour and will be included in the tip pool. Final compensation is dependent upon skills and experience.
