Key Responsibilities:
- Support Windows devices Microsoft 365 and general office IT
- Manage incidents via Jira
- Provide in-person user support
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain clear documentation
- Collaborate with internal IT Primary technician

Skills:
- Device & Endpoint Management : Intune SCCM Company Portal Bitlocker
- Operating Systems : Windows 10/Windows 11 Linux IOS/Android
- Identity & Access Management : Active Directory VPN PMAD
- Productivity & Collaboration Tools : O365 SharePoint Meeting Rooms TeamViewer
- Hardware & Device Handling : Hardware Installation/Preparation Printer Stock Inventory
- Networking & Infrastructure : Router Switch & Network Environment Network Cable Management Brassage Rseau
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years of L1/L2 IT support experience
- Experience with Jira
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 basic networking
- Fluent in English Portuguese is a very appreciated plus
- Strong communication teamwork and customer service skills
Additional Information :
- Workload: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day on client site support
