Les attentes des payeurs les comportements des patients et des professionnels de la sant voluent rapidement dans un paysage concurrentiel en pleine mutation. Laugmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs mdicaux lacclration de la transformation numrique - renforce par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de lalignement et de linternationalisation de certaines de nos activits.

En rponse ces dfis lactivit Sant Domicile a dcid :

  • dacclrer la transformation numrique et lhomognisation des systmes dinformation travers le programme TechCARE

  • de massifier les activits dapprovisionnement et dvelopper les synergies entre les diffrentes entits mondiales dAir Liquide Healthcare (sant domicile et gaz mdicaux).

Pour mettre en uvre cette stratgie lentit Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a t cre. Elle est ddie lhbergement des services oprationnels mondiaux partags telles que les quipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech.


Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous panouir dans ce poste


You will be taking part in the Data Solution Team of Home Healthcare.
Our mission is to design and serve the Data Products for all the HHC organization
Your role will be to structure our user-support and being responsible for the success of our products within the organization


Your main objective will be to increase the usage of our products and ensuring their penetration into our operations.

You will be part of an international team based in Paris and in Valencia (Spain) and working with multicultural clients from more than 20 countries.

Depending on your profile you might also support our Data Solution Owners in building the strategy of their products and maybe have your own pool of solutions to manage.

Therefore you missions will be :

1. Structure our Customer Support

  • You will be responsible for maintaining the knowledge of our products (KPIs functionalities) and documenting them

  • You will be the referent regarding the usage of the solution

  • You will structure tutorials and supports to help users onboard on the solution

2. Ensure the success of our solution

  • You will coordinate with local project managers to ensure change management and adoption of our solutions

  • You will gather feedbacks and coordinate with our team to adapt the strategy of our products

  • You will structure our reporting framework to follow the usage of our solutions

  • Promote usage of our products within the organization

2. Animate and train users

  • You will be responsible for making a first level of training for users

  • You will structure identify and animate communities of power users to ensure adoption of our solution

  • Coordinate Manual Data gathering if needed

3. Own your pools of Solutions (Transversal Capabilities of your platform)

  • You will structure a governance to gather the needs of the organization and prioritize them

  • You will interact with a product owner to ensure the delivery of your roadmap

  • You will build and manage this roadmap

4. Govern SelfBI initiatives

  • You will put in place a governance system to ensure visibility and compliance of those initiatives

  • You will put in place regular review of those initiatives and interact with Data Solutions Owner to integrate the most promising ones into their pool of products

  • You will train users to the Self service solution and to its principles
