New project launch QG process / QG
Provide RFQ based on customer input
Contact window with customer on project schedule and delivery
Coordinate internally for project launch readiness (Process Material Tooling..)
EWAK and C/D-sample planning production.

Following sample quality and On time delivery
Engineer Change owner /
Coordinate to define ECR implementation date
Follow up ECR status

KPI monitoring and action plan
ECR
Drive Quality & Cost & Delivery KPIs
Prepare the monthy QCD KPI report and action defined with owner QCD KPI
Customer visit / audit
Regulr meeting with lead plant for KPI sharing and lesson learnt

Quality issue support for delivery fulfillment risk assesement if deviation existing
Owner for existing process improvement for cost reduction Chair RPP activity for target achievement RPP
Perform tasks assigned by planning manager M-KAM
Support fix assest and budget plan
Owner for Control Plan Process Flow and FMEA creation and update
Support BPS engineer to setup logitics flow setup/maintain with customer
BPSlogitics flow
New line release/new process/process change for customer approval
Qualifications :
- Bechalor degree
- 5 years experience of Project planning New Product Introduction Project working experience industrial engineering work
