Job Description
Assist supplier quality problems
In-house Production:
- Responsible for Product audit
- Responsible for Non-conformity control
- Q-problem solving lead 8D teams.
Warranty support (setup analysis problem solving etc).
Drive value stream quality topics
Participate project team work as NPI quality engineer.
Responsible for handling of internal/external customer complaints.
Participate in Q-Base
Coordinate on leadplant and process/system audit.
Familiar with quality process of PPAP QG FMEA SPC MSA etc.
Big data analysis be a member of data analytic compentence center
Other tasks as defined by Quality Supervisor or above
Qualifications :
Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering
23 year in quality assurance
Solid knowledge of quality methods office software and cooperative spirit.
Solid knowledge of data analysis
tools e.g. Minitab QS-STAT PowerBI
