In this pivotal role youll be the architect of initiatives that bring our values Courage Humility Respect Wisdom and Integrity to life across the organisation. Youll work closely with leaders at all levels to embed a high-performance culture champion diversity and inclusion and deliver programs that elevate leadership engagement and organisational health.
This is more than a HR role its a chance to influence how people feel grow and thrive at work. Youll lead the development of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) drive cultural transformation and shape the future of our workforce through strategic talent and capability initiatives.

Location: WAPHA Head Office Level 2 1 Hood Street Subiaco (Hybrid Role)
Employment Type: Full-time Maximum term contract for 2 years
Salary: Band 6 ($140k-$160k Plus 12% Superannuation)
