Job Description
Were expanding our team supporting NDIS participants across the Alice Springs region and are excited to welcome passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists.

We will provide you with a bucket load of structured supervision mentoring and CPD opportunities. We promise to invest in you so you can thrive in our fast-paced energetic and fun workplace. No two days are ever the same! You might find us in childcare centres schools aged care facilities day programs the community homes and/or our clinic space.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
- Assess participants developmental cognitive emotional psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications :
About you
We are seeking a person with:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services
- Demonstrated at least 2 years clinical OT experience within community rehabilitation and/or paediatrics
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid Drivers license and access to reliable motor vehicle
- The ability to work independently
