The Global Product Solutions (GPS) team formed in February 2024 combines BlackRocks product marketing and distribution teams across public and private market strategies and wrappers. The GPS mission is to drive targeted innovation of products and investment solutions and curate the platform to deliver tailored and timely product and portfolio ideas to meet clients evolving needs.
As part of the Investment & Portfolio Solutions team within GPS the mission of the Cross-Platform Commercialization (CPC) team is to drive maximum commercial impact at scale - working in partnership with client businesses investment & product teams marketing and corporate affairs. This is achieved in three ways:
Curate product and client priorities across the platform: identifying where we will spend our cross-platform comms marketing content and campaign energy and refreshed in line with the Product and Portfolio Frameworks (PPF).
Diagnose opportunities to unlock growth: Collaborate with business and functional leaders to identify opportunities to achieve a step change in commercialization strategies.
Mobilize the firm around key initiatives: Drive end-to-end commercialization for critical Investment themes and/or commercial levers - when commissioned by GPS ExCo and informed by Client Business leadership.
As a new function we are looking to add an ASC to the CPC International team covering International - EMEA APAC across institutional and wealth priorities:
