At the present time a vacancy exist within the Administrative Services department of the Chester County Intermediate Unit for full-time Custodians.

Position Quick Facts
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Benefit Eligible: Yes
Schedule: 2:00P- 10:00P Monday through Friday
Locations:TCHS Pickering Campus (1580 Charlestown Rd Phoenixville PA 19460)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods and processespreferred
Previous experience in a school custodial position preferred
Current police child abuse & FBI Fingerprint clearances required

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain building facilities
Utilizing and operating appropriate equipment perform routine facilities maintenance landscaping lawn care and snow removal.
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable items
Set up and breakdown tables and chairs for special events
Assist with the receipt storage and distribution of supplies
Operate buffer floor-care machines vacuums drills and other small power tools

2025-2026 Salary:
$19.95 to $21.77 (Based upon experience)
