Job Description
Essential Duties
Onboarding and HRIS Responsibilities:
- Handles on-boarding activities for all new hires
- Processes new hires and terminations
- Processes employee data changes in Companys HRIS
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Processes regular payroll for salaried employees
- Works closely with managers reviewing their employees timesheets
- Answer managers questions on how to properly enter employees time into timesheets
- Reviews hourly punches call-outs and on-call time is recorded in the Companys HRIS
- Emails managers in reference to missing time and timesheet discrepancies
Other Responsibilities:
- Understands Companys employee benefit plans
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
