Amazon Connect Developer
100 Remote
Short Term Contract Role
Budget: 40KPM

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect setup and administration
Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda Lex S3 CloudWatch DynamoDB)
Experience with contact flow design queue management and call analytics
Knowledge of JavaScript or Python
Experience with Salesforce ServiceNow or other CRM integration is a plus
