Job Description

Job Title:Student Employment: APNH Office Assistant/ReceptionistDepartment:Office of Community ServiceStudent Employment Type:Federal Work-StudyResponsibilities:
  • Staff reception area and answer and direct phone calls greet clients and file incoming mail
  • Support areas of the agency through: typing filing ordering and organizing supplies etc.
  • Additional administrative duties may be required such as developing correspondence excel databases or updating of databases and spreadsheets
Qualifications:
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone rapport
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
  • Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of funding personnel and client information according to APNHs standard operating procedure manual.
  • Ability to multi-task
Hours of Position:
  • APNH is open M-F 9-5pm. Applicants must have between 6-8 hours availability per week during the agencies operational hours for this position.
  • This position is off campus and requires a reliable form of transportation to get to and from work
