Aboutthe Role
The OperationsCoordinator is responsible for planning coordinating and executingoperational projects that enhance efficiency productivity and overallbusiness performance. This role collaborates across multiple departments toensure the successful implementation of process improvements technologysolutions and strategic initiatives. The Operations Coordinator serves as theprimary liaison between leadership and project teams ensuring alignment withcompany goals and adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
WhatYoull Do
- Generate and oversee daily inventory allocation reports including bag distribution and representative sample tracking to support accurate fulfillment and stock management.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking efforts by identifying low inventory items and coordinating with appropriate teams.
- Review print and process customer orders from the Shop Cheer website daily ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on schedule.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to verify order accuracy resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth outbound logistics.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets and operational reports with a high degree of accuracy ensuring all data entries reflect current order and inventory statuses.
- Generate shipping labels using designated software and confirm package details prior to shipment to reduce shipping errors.
- Finalize and close out completed orders in the internal system ensuring records are properly maintained and order history is up to date.
WhoYou Are
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic computer skills including experience with spreadsheets and web platforms.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using data entry and logistics software.

WorkingConditions:
Thisposition is based primarily in a warehouse environment with regular exposure tonoise moving equipment varying temperatures and other typical conditions ofa distribution setting. The role requires the ability to stand walk bend andlift items (up to 50 lbs.) as needed to support on-site operations. Frequentcomputer use is required for reporting and inventory management tasks.
