Hello Juice & Smoothie is a bright high-volume feel-good caf with two St. Louis locations (The Grove & Kirkwood). We need a hands-on leader who can keep the vibes high the lines moving and every guest walking away with a grinand a killer smoothie.
What youll do
-Own the day-to-day: Oversee both shops ensuring speed accuracy cleanliness.
-Lead & develop a 20-person team: Hire onboard coach schedule and inspire shift leads and crew.
-Champion the guest experience: Jump on the bar when its slammed handle escalations gracefully and set the gold standard for hospitality.
-Drive the numbers: Manage labor and COGS; run inventory; keep vendors happy.
-Keep us compliant:Health codes safety protocols cash handling and POS accuracy.
-Build the brand: Partner with ownership on menu rollouts community events and local marketing pushes.
What you bring
*2 years running a high-volume caf juice bar or fast-casual spot
* A proven obsession with stellar customer serviceyou set the tone.
* ServSafe Manager cert (or ability to snag it within 60 days).
* Solid command of POS systems scheduling software and basic spreadsheets.
* Calm upbeat leadership style that resonates with a diverse team.
* Ability to lift 30 lbs and stay on your feet for 8 hours.
Schedule & pay
-4045 hours/week: across five shifts. Youre guaranteed one weekend day OFF every weekend.
-All Day time shifts - NO evenings!
-Salary: $55k$60k DOE quarterly performance bonus.
