Waldorf Astoria Orlandois looking for aRestaurant Supervisorto join theFood and BeverageTeam at Peacock Alley.
Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms 30000 square feet ofbanquet space and 7 food and beverage includes 3 restaurants 2 bars a pool and in-room dining.
In this role you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations ofPeacock Alley and our upcoming Market reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager overseeing 30 Front of House Team Members.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience and knowledge of coffee and a beverage operation. Prior experience in fine dining and a luxury hotel is preferred.

What will I be doing
As a Restaurant Supervisor you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
