DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
Were seeking a Bar Supervisor for our main outlet who will be responsible of managing staff training and inventory. As a Bar Supervisor she/he will ensure high standards and hygiene motivate the team and ensure excellent customer service.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Ensuring the bar and staff operate efficiently
- Ensuring the compliance to the Brand Standard Guidelines
- Upholding high hygiene standards
- Reconciling banking
- Staff Training
- Manage the workflow
- Maintain inventory and stock
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- License or Certification: HACCP
- One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivational and a passion for developing others
- Computer and POS proficiency
- Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure
- Fluent in both Italian and English
