As a Relationship Manager at CMC Markets youll be responsible for providing a continuous daily mix of exceptional service relationship management and business development. The role will also include provision of execution services and risk management to the most valuable clients of CMC. By achieving this high level of service the desired aim is to maximise client retention build long-lasting client relationships business development along with growing and improving CMCs business through a mix of client referrals. Youll also act as a bridge between the general retail and premium clients.

Youll Be Working On
Youll manage a portfolio of high-value clients providing the kind of personalised service that transforms trading relationships into long-term partnerships. Your day-to-day work centres on understanding each clients unique needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
Client communication forms the heart of your role - youll handle sophisticated enquiries through phone and email providing expert product knowledge that helps clients maximise their platform usage. Youll maintain strict service level agreements whilst ensuring every interaction reflects CMCs commitment to excellence.
Other responsibilities include educating clients on our comprehensive product range and platform capabilities collaborating with internal teams including Dealing and Business Operations to ensure seamless client experiences and participating in client entertainment events including some evening and weekend commitments.
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
We are seeking a results-driven client-focused professional with over three years of experience in sales relationship management or customer service. The successful applicant will possess a strong grasp of global financial markets excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to thrive in target-driven settings. A commitment to client outcomes high ethical standards RG146 certification and full Australian working rights are required with a relevant university degree.
