Job Description

Sales Operations & Support Associate
Lakewood NJ (In-Office)
60-75k (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to the day-to-day success of our sales teamproviding pricing reporting and customer support to ensure smooth execution of our sales strategies. You will work closely with internal teams vendors and customers to manage data streamline workflows and help maintain an exceptional customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Tech-savvy and analytical with strong Excel skills

  • A proactive problem solver with exceptional attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects

  • Familiarity with Power BI and sales reporting tools is a strong plus

  • Professional clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Documentation

  • Maintain and update price sheets including adjustments for new items increases and tariffs

  • Assist with customer-specific documentation and credit-related projects

  • Track and process travel or account-related customer expenses

Reporting & Analytics

  • Run and manage all sales-related reports and data queries

  • Maintain forecast spreadsheets and dashboards

  • Create presentations and sales decks for internal/external meetings

Customer & Sales Support

  • Handle submission and tracking of forms that support Project Management

  • Complete customer paperwork including new item forms and certifications (e.g. Kosher certs)

  • Manage customer listings and support Amazon account service

  • Oversee customer portals and maintain up-to-date product catalogs

Inventory & Logistics

  • Maintain accurate inventory spreadsheets and availability trackers

  • Coordinate samples for customer visits and trade shows

  • Arrange travel and logistics for both internal and client-facing meetings

Qualifications and Must-Haves:

  • 1 years in a sales support sales operations or data-focused admin role

  • Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI experience is a major plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High attention to accuracy and detail

  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
