Job Description
- Collaborating with clients to understand their use cases and challenges and architecting end-to-end solutions using the YOLO ecosystem.
- Delivering high-quality technical demos onboarding sessions proof-of-concepts and technical workshops that illustrate how to build with YOLO and demonstrate the power of Ultralytics tooling.
- Designing annotation strategies and model training pipelines tailored to the clients data goals and deployment constraints.
- Debugging client issues and delivering effective solutions with a strong understanding of the YOLO package Python OpenCV and model behavior.
- Supporting pre-sales efforts by participating in technical discovery calls and helping shape proposals and SLAs.
- Serving as a key technical advisor during customer engagements ensuring successful integration and continued satisfaction.
- Interfacing regularly with Sales Marketing Engineering and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.
- Act as a strategic technical advisor to clients shaping computer vision solutions that drive tangible business outcomes with YOLO models.
- Enable the sales and marketing teams with technical expertise competitive insights and field learnings to support campaign effectiveness and messaging accuracy.
- Represent Ultralytics at conferences webinars and customer events. Contribute to technical blog posts customer stories and educational materials.
