About the Role:
As a Senior Inside Sales Representative your role involves advanced sales activities utilizing specialized skills to handle non-standard sales problems. You will evaluate sales inquiries more critically and offer tailored solutions to customers improving the overall sales process and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Handle complex and multifaceted inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Evaluate and process high-value customer orders.
Maintain comprehensive and detailed customer records.
Identify and qualify high-potential sales leads.
Record and analyze detailed sales activities.
Prepare and present sophisticated sales quotes and proposals.
Resolve complex customer issues with products and services.
Coordinate with other departments for large orders.
Support strategic sales initiatives and projects.
Mentor junior associates and provide guidance.
