The University of Maine Systemseeks to hire a full-time year-round Associate Human Resources Partner to be located on and toservethe University of Maine at Augusta campus. This associate level position allows an individual tremendous growth and learning opportunities while developing a broad base of HR skills. The position partners with HR across the University of Maine Augusta to develop and administer HR solutions that support relevant strategic goals and provides HR generalist support to faculty staff and students both on campus and at various sites and centers around the state. The Associate HR Partner reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and is supported by a team of talented HR individuals from across the University System.

Salary: We offer a competitive annual salary between $50000 - $55000 based on the candidates qualifications and experience.
