The role

As a Fleet Administration Officer youll play a key role in supporting the Departments fleet operations. Youll manage a broad range of administrative tasks including motor vehicle replacement decommissioning insurance claims registration renewals booking system management and lease quoting. Your work will ensure the smooth delivery of fleet services and compliance with policy and procedures.

Youll liaise with internal teams and external providers such as dealerships insurers and auction houses to coordinate vehicle servicing repairs and disposals. Your ability to manage data maintain records and prepare performance reports will contribute to improved efficiency and service delivery across the department.
