The role
Are you a confident communicator who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to connect the dots between nature and business As our new Manager Partnerships youll be the strategic bridge between the Botanic Gardens of Sydney and our corporate partnerscrafting compelling pitches securing high-value partnerships and helping organisations achieve their sustainability ambitions.

This role is perfect for someone who can walk into a room full of executives think on their feet and make real-world connectionslike linking rainforest conservation to a banks ESG goals. Youll lead the development and delivery of our partnership strategy manage stakeholder relationships and drive revenue growth while staying true to the integrity of the Gardens.

This hybrid role offers flexibility while ensuring strong on-site collaboration with a maximum of 5 days per fortnight remote working. The position can be based at either the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney or the Australian Botanic Garden (Mount Annan). Regardless of location youll work from the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney office at least once a week to collaborate closely with key stakeholders.
