Minimum Qualifications
Social work license at the LSW level or higher Experience coordinating programs developing and implementing new services assisting students in crisis and balancing competing priorities of student intervention and program implementation. Experience responding respectfully and effectively to people of all cultures in a manner that affirms the worth and preserves the dignity of individuals families and communities. Evidence of success in building collaborative relationships and conducting assessments Knowledge base surrounding resources and referrals. Experience maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with people served.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience distributing emergency financial assistance. Work experience supporting parenting students in a higher education setting. Work or volunteer experience working with women-centered organizations.
