Size and functions of local team: 4 enterprise reps globally 1 AM 4 CSM Head of Growth outsourced lead engine. Hiring Sales Manager 3 AEs (EMEA US Aus) 4 SDRs.

Role description:
Enterprise new business sales role targeting hospitality and e-learning sectors.

  • ADS: 40K ARR

  • Quota: 750K ARR annually (50% in year 1 ramp)

  • Leads: majority provided (Tier system start at Tier 1 aim to reach Tier 3)

  • Target: 12 SQLs/month (from own SDR channels)

  • Methodology: SPIN selling consultative multi-threading ROI planning

  • Buyer personas: L&D teams broader multi-threading across organisations

  • Deal sizes:

    • Tier 1: 150300 employees

    • Tier 2: 3001K employees 2030K ARR AUD

    • Tier 3: 1K employees 30K ARR up to 1.5M (most 100500K ARR AUD)

Unique about the company: Low staff turnover strong culture supportive team PE funding planned for next growth wave.

Growth perspective: Opportunity to move from Tier 1 to Tier 3 accounts join during global sales expansion phase potential career progression with growth funding.

Must haves:

  • 35 years enterprise SaaS sales (closing experience consultative selling)

  • Stable career history with 2 years tenure in roles

  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently

  • Team-oriented humble proactive

  • Experience with ROI-driven sales approach

Nice to haves:

  • Hospitality industry experience (direct or indirect)

  • Sold e-learning platforms

  • Bi-lingual

Salary range & secondary benefits: 147K OTE (60/40 split 88.2K base / 58.8K variable uncapped) holiday pension. Likely contractor engagement. Budget for co-working possible. Hiring via EOR (Rippling) possible but not preferred.
